A friend of mine sent me this and I thought it would make for some lively WSO debate. It's a bit long...but interesting to see how one of the top managers in the game thinks. Personally, I'm quite critical of a great many points and would like to get a take from my fellow monkeys. Enjoy.

I like hedge fund guys, they usually have a good understanding of financial risk. Its too bad you never see them advising policy makers, and they're usually too realistic to be elected to public office.
