Recruiting for HF during S&T
Starting at large BB S&T in NY. Was wondering if there was an on-cycle process for HFS. Specifically looking for global macro vol pods. Should I be reaching out to my HH connections or should I wait? Do jobs typically start 2 years from when you get accepted like PE?
