Recruiting for SM out of IB (BB M&A)
Hi all,
I was wondering if it’s possible to recruit for a L/S SM straight out of banking? For context, I’m currently a 2nd year at mid-tier BB M&A - not interested in buyout, growth, or multi-managers. Any recommendations on how I can best position myself?
