Recruiting for Top SM HF from GA/Insight/Summit
Is it possible to recruit for the best SM HFs from a top GE analyst program (GA, Insight, Summit)?
Will these opportunities only be on the privates side, or is there a conceivable path straight to a crossover/public seat? If the latter, is the best approach to work through headhunters or is there a better way? Thanks so much!
Assume sufficient interest and a couple undergrad HF internships. Would appreciate specific color on any of the above, but obviously only working at one.
Saw a guy at Coatue that was from Insight, worked on their private market platform.
