Reference Stage of Recruiting Process
Guys, have been through several rounds with a fund and wanted to know what the likelihood of receiving an offer is once you've made it to the "we need a reference from your employer"? I know this has to be looked on a case by case basis and should generally be taken as a "positive sign" but would appreciate insight from the more experienced monkeys.
In the process with 4-5 other HFs as well so obviously will have to manage expectations as well!
Thanks all.
