research/quant role in betting/gaming fund?
Hi all,
Stumbled across this role on my search - econ-jobs [dot] com/economics-jobs/research-economist-9513 - been a lurker here for a while and wanted to join to ask for someone's opinion about this. Sorry if this is the wrong forum, but I didn't really know where to put it and the body text made it sound a bit like a hedge fund!
Basically, has anyone ever worked in one of these roles? Research for a sports betting fund that is. Or does anyone know someone who's worked there? I'd appreciate any info on: type of work done, expected salary/compensation, hours/working conditions. Thanks in advance!
