Salary for Assistant/Junior Trader?

What would a young financial professional (1-2 yrs experience, undergrad in finance/accounting) expect to be paid at a multi-billion dollar hedge fund in the role of a junior trader, or basically, a trader assistant? The professional has prior experience at a HF.

Thanks.
