Seed Capital / Incubator for Emerging Manager

Along with my buddy from the debt space, we've started a fund with a super unique arb opportunity. We used $700k of "seed investor" funds (there are essentially friends and family) to actually prove our strategy and it's superb - ~20% per quarter (yes, I know it sounds too good to be true, but we have a jurisdictional edge on certain assets).

Sadly, the current investors aren't professional investors or in finance, so for them a one-time-return of 20% was "good enough" - that means they don't want to put up more. In order for our strategy to consistently work, we need just $3mm.

What hedge funds / managers (as individuals) / other resources are there to "seed" a fund? Note that we didn't just have an idea on paper, we actually executed it and have that to show. I'm mentioning hedge fund managers as individuals because we're very much in the EM distressed credit space, so I'm thinking that established EM / distressed credit managers would understand what we're trying to do and throw us some money from their own personal pile.

Thank you in advance!
