I joined a startup pod for about half an year.
As an experienced hire, I was put to work on my previous alphas. I was kind of limited to all the works I have done before and not having new exposures.
PM came from a prestige fund, where the culture there discouraged collaboration and limits QRs exposures of researches. PM brought the same culture here.
I felt the PM gave me limited helps/inspires. And I don't feel a growth opportunity.
Should I quit? Quit immediately? Or wait another year to see if anything will change? ( I don't really think so)
