Senior traders/PMs who blast music during worktime like Michael Burry?
Any encounters with PMs/bosses who dont give a fart and blast strange music in office? Like the show Michael Burry doing heavy metal in THE BIG SHORT
When I was living in the office my first few months on the buyside, I would blast DMX and Tech N9ne at full volume when noone was around, commonly to keep myself awake at 3am and to make things less sad on weekends.
One particularly gorgeous Saturday afternoon, my straight-laced, Mayflower descendant PM came in in the middle of "F*ck Everybody But Me" or something. Full on dead to the world, singing along, jamming out, music was so loud the bookshelves were vibrating... I didn't even clock him coming in... until I went to get back to the model and saw his office light was on. He must have been in there for at least ten minutes. I never apologized, to this day, we've never addressed it.
