Heard they’re in market for their third fund targeting close by end of next yr. Buddy there also said there’s a culture of hiring seniors from outside (think VP and up) rather than internal promotion. Quick linkedin search confirms this, not sure if helpful. Seems common in some of their other groups as well, might be due to young age of funds

I know a couple people here who left in the last year or so at the mid to senior level which may be driving some of the recruitment now.
