Ex-TPG credit, invest across the cap structure. Have some interesting groups (like Fundamental Investing or Strategic Capital) which appears to resemble the type of stuff Waxman (CEO) used to do at Goldman: special sitsy, pretty fun too. Appear to be very nimble strategy-wise (I've seen them go even into venture debt I think). 

Can't speak about culture but have heard anecdotally that Waxman himself is a very nice guy and tries to have that attitude permeate the firm.
