I was wondering if anyone can pls share what's the typical recruitment process and length for a SMHF? Given SMHF teams are usually very lean, from initial interview to offer will be quick? I assume it involves speaking to the PM and case study? maybe potentially meeting some more people? so 2 months in total?
What about notice period for a SMHF? 2 weeks?
