Starting off at MBB or BB asset manager exit ops?
I am deciding between a MBB consulting summer internship offer and an asset management offer at a big name bank (both for 3rd year summer). I am interested in hedge funds as a potential career down the line but am not fully set on it. How should I compare the exit ops of both opportunities? Is it right that consulting is broader options but AM would be better for hedgefunds? Thank you
