suppose a person holds Canadian permanent resident card - can find a full time job in USA?

Does anyone know if a person holds Canadian permanent resident card (come from Asian country - citizenship) and not the citizen of USA, is he or she eligible to find a full time job in USA?

Any tips or suggestions?

You'd have to get a work visa. Since you're not a Canadian citizen, it would be as a citizen of your home country.
