How do you approach engaging with customers during the diligence on a specific name? I understand expert networks can be helpful in this regard but does anyone engage in direct outreach or other methods (specifically more cost effective approaches)?
How do you incentivize them to speak with you in the case you are not engaging in exp. networks? What methods do you use for outreach - linkedin?
