Thoughts on Balyasny Catalyst Program

Curious to hear people’s thoughts on the new Catalyst program at BAM. Heard great things about it and wondering if it’s something worth pursuing. How does it compare to other HF undergrad programs (CAP, P72 Academy etc..). Have also heard it’s less cut throat than the other programs and more of a direct pipeline to the associate role after completion of training. Would love to hear any insights!

The people running it are from their Bridger program for IB/ER analysts, which is solid, so the core is built out. Its too new to say anything really, but I think the internship being on a PM team (match you with solid PMs) is cool experience, and faster ramp to assoc role. As covered in the other thread, if you are set on publics and aren't going to top IB, its a good program in my opinion.
