Top-tier bank VP or hedge fund research analyst

Im 30 years old, has worked in a bank for 3 years, followed by 2 years in a hedge fund. And I recently got 2 offers as described in title. VP in the bank is higher in base salary and more stable, and hedge fund is where bonus can be very attractive . Which one should I choose?
