Trading Execution Offer Help
Hi all. I am an analyst at a BB and have an offer coming in for a Tier 1 hedge fund trading execution role. Does anyone have any advice on whether to go for it? Basically it is a great name on the street, that I know but I hear a lot of comments that execution is a dead end and you don’t really progress much. It’s kind of like you are the MO that puts trade in with no value add. What is comp like compared to trading and possibly exit opps? Thank you!
