Transitioning from Equity Research to Prop Desk

I am working as an Equity Research Analyst in a BB bank and am doing well (internal and external votes) and have covered various sectors in the past, and have good track record of calls / inflection points. I am keen on moving to prop desk (rather than a HF). The bank I am with does not have a significant prop desk at the moment (except for vol trading / arbitrage oriented trading desk).

How does one plan this transition? Which banks (US or European) encourage moves from ER to prop desks? Specifically, amongst following banks who would encourage a move to prop desk?

GS
MS
BofA/ML
Citi

UBS
DB
CS
Barclays
BNP Pariba

Nomura
Samsung
Daiwa

I am keen on inputs from people with specific information.
Thanks and have a great day ahead.
