Ukranian-American Trying to break into M&A/IB/HF/Equity Research

First off, I'm very new on this platform, don't know how I missed this platform.

Second,

After reading some of the posts, I see that I am not the only one.

I'm 25 with MSF (2024) from non-target school (UM) in Florida with 3 years' experience in FP&A abroad and recently finished 9-month internship in large Spanish Bank. I got told that I would hear back with potential FT offer, but C Level restructuring put this on hold for unknown amount of time. I had couple interviews with big American banks for program analyst but sadly did not get selected. I believe that I maxed out my LinkedIn networking potential from alums and etc (just not answering).

Worked very closely with career center (looking for potential connections) but they also are going through changes so that is not much help.

Resume looks fine, spoke with multiple people that gave their inputs, also adjust the resume for the position's specification to pass the ATS but that also doesn't lead far.

There is no problem with immigration (citizen).

So here it is my friends. Cheers for any help or advice.
