UMich Math vs Northeastern CS

I recently got accepted to UMich Math and Northeastern CS. (I understand UMich CS is more prestigious but I wasn't sure if I could get in.) Assuming I am deciding between solely these two schools (for undergrad), which would you pick? If I go to UMich, I anticipate adding a CS minor.

Note: In case I don't get quant, I would also like to hedge for SWE.

UMich math and it's not even close. Majoring in CS is a waste of time since 90%+ of what you'll learn in a classroom is going to be out of date by the time you graduate and will only contain things you could've easily covered with a minor or on your own. Not to mention UMich > NEU just in general IMO has much on-campus recruiting + the co-op program at NEU is overhyped.

do you have an idea on what specific math major? not at umich but have a friend doing numerics there. have heard good stuff about the upper level courses. the Finance and Risk Management looks like a solid foundation for the basics. will you have calc 1-3 credit going into freshman yr?

remember to pay attention in lin alg!

how come u say linear algebra specifically?

Yes, I will have calc credits. I know that I want to take either the Honors Math or Finance and Risk Management sequences, since both are popular amongst quants. However, I hear that Finance and Risk management is stuff that quants can easily pick up later, while Honors Math produces better math students which I think is what quant firms are looking for.
