UMichigan Math for Quant?

I am currently a first-year undergrad at a ~T50 school for CS as I have not tried very hard in high school. So I am considering transferring colleges and am wondering if it's worth transferring to UMichigan as a Math major with a CS minor (their CS program is very hard to transfer into). Would this give me a better chance at breaking into quantitative trading than staying at my T50 school?

For some background I scored a 9/15 on the AIME with little prep, and while I did not qualify for USAMO I think that grinding for the next 3 years will give me sufficient mathematical knowledge for placing well on Putnam and passing interviews.
