Its a blow up shop. I mean, literally the guy who started it was part of one of the biggest blowups of all time. Almost everybody who works there goes Big 4 Pod —> Tier 2 —> Verition after getting fired from the first two stops. It feels like a Barely hanging on/last stop in the industry” type place before people disappear forever

It feels like a Barely hanging on/last stop in the industry” type place before people disappear forever 

Is there actually a tier system or rather the top 3 and everyone else I wonder. Given inferior talent outside the top 3 question is how smaller platforms can sustainably last as a business. Maybe a niche strategy here and there, but I wonder what LPs put their dollars into smaller platforms.
