sk8247365Am i the only one (not in NYC) who thinks these places are ugly?

Why the hell would you buy an office building to live in?

They aren't buying the building. It's a high-rise, they buy a condo inside. When you see the interior shots, you will be amazed.

The townhouses he posted are all private residences, you can buy the whole house. Condominiums are just a floor or even part of a floor in the building.

I am permanently behind on PMs, it's not personal.

... 51,000 square foot, eight story,

.. 50 foot wide, 22,000 square foot mansion

....epic 37-room, 20,000 square foot

...unclear whether Paulson owns the whole place or just a floor or two, but either way, a 52 foot wide, 28,500 square feet

Those sound like whole office buildings to me.

A 37 room 20k sqft condo? Not likely.

However, if you are right and they are buying a 22k sqft condo in a high rise, that is F'n crazy.

It’s getting more and more bizarre: The New York Post highlights new revelations coming from nutty she-male Maximilia Cordero’s amended lawsuit against billionaire Jeffrey Epstein. His spokesman, Howard Rubenstein says "It’s all baloney.". While that’s what it sounds like to us, that didn’t stop us from having a little bit of fun with Photoshop (at the left). From the Post: In papers filed in Manhattan Supreme Court, Avarelle Maximillia – formerly Maximillian – Cordero claims she once told Jeffrey Epstein that she hears "demonic voices" and that he once put on lipstick and a red wig and told her to "call me Janice." He then fondled and licked the still biologically male Cordero, the suit charges. On one occasion in 2000, the vulgarly written suit says, the teenaged Cordero told Epstein "I’m Old Yella" and "began barking like a dog. She got on all fours in her lingerie and continued barking. She told defendant Epstein to be careful or she would ‘bite him.’ "
