Thoughts on this firm? Looks like they hire top undergrads. Friend at one of their targets said he heard they have crazy record of returns. Apparently they are multi strat.

Can do a bit of everything and adapt well to circumstances would recommend.
Backbone is value but hire people a lot smarter than the typical bankers at other funds.
