Thoughts on this firm? Looks like they hire top undergrads. Friend at one of their targets said he heard they have crazy record of returns. Apparently they are multi strat.
Anyone have any insights / know what they’re good at specifically?

Can do a bit of everything and adapt well to circumstances would recommend.
Backbone is value but hire people a lot smarter than the typical bankers at other funds.

My limited understanding is that they are more a little more short-term / trading oriented than the long term fundamental equity type places

Why did they remove salary data from Glassdoor? Seems a bit weird that almost all reviews are from junior analysts and are glowing
