Wellington Comp Levels (London)
I'm not usually the kind of guy who posts bullshit like this, but I have to say I'm interested in it. If anyone has any kind of insight on comp at Wellington Management's office in London, I would greatly appreciate a response.
Thanks much.

Sorry, I can't offer any more specific info - but their pay per head in Europe is around $500k. Of the LO AMs, I think only PIMCO is higher ($750k).
Thats just an average, doesnt mean minimum pay at all right
Yep, pulled straight from Companies House. I imagine Sales & Distribution will average around $300k, and Research/PM average around $700k. Both will be heavily skewed to senior heavyweights.
mate i'm sorry you're gonna have to be way more specific ... what seniority/team, what division client group/research etc ...
Any ideas of the comp we can expect for a 1st year research associate there?

Analyst to PM, any client group is fine.
All I know is they pay interns 30k
For the fundamental team…? Seems unlikely they pay so much for non-quants?
If it’s equities, that’s a lot higher than whatever the other top LOs/AM firms are paying. Heck it’s higher than all the multi-managers too.
It was a semi quant role , 30k per annum was terrible
the number was most likely per annum not per month
