What are HFs looking for in an open email application ?

As I’m job hunting, I’ve seen several places with just an e-mail posted pretty much saying "e-mail us if you’re looking to apply "

There’s typically little to no information anywhere on positions or titles either.

Would you send an entire package of cover letter, resume, and stock pitch at the first email or just a resume saying you’re interested ?

Mods- Feel free to delete if this should be in the jobs section.
