What do you like the most of working in HF?

Hi everyone, I am going to have an interview with a hedge fund research and advisory firm and I'd like to have an insight from those of you who already work in this field. What do you believe are the best things about working in this industry? I am especially interested in relatively small HF firms, not the big market players: if anyone of you works there, what would you say are the pros (and cons) of the job? Thanks in advance to all those who will contribute to this thread.
