What to do? Banking? CFA? Masters?

Hi,

I graduated in 2020 managed to get a hedge fund job without knowing much about the market, dont earn a lot, like 80k base I don't know what I am into but wanted to get the best job possible so hedge fund seemed like best bet. We trade weird shit, research random nonsense, none of the sexy stuff or names, we invest in funds not singular stocks, I also do operations, have not learnt a lot, and I keep feeling like I am missing out on banking because everybody else seems to be doing it and doing well and having a set path to a new job in PE/ Corp Finance/Better Hedge funds. I want to get into banking but seems v hard, being international and 1 banking internship
