Where can I find a well-written proxy fight presentation?
Hi all,
I'm an IB analyst trying to study during my down time, and recently I had a chance to take a look at Pershing Square's ADP proxy fight presentation, which was a great material to go through. Would there be any other proxy fight presentation that might be helpful for me? I've searched all the top proxy fight cases that took place in the recent 3-4 years but most of them didn't involve the kind of public campaign that happened in Pershing Square's proxy fight with ADP.
