Where can you find a credit indenture?
Hi everyone:
sorry if it's a beginner-level question - for a given company, where can you find its credit indenture please? Thanks

You can't really find docs publiclly for private deals, but if you search an offering memorandum up online for any bond deal the description of notes (and other sections) should give you a flavour of covenants, etc.
Generally at the bottom of a company's 10k in the exhibits section there should be links to its indentures/credit agreements. This obviously only works if it's a public company
