Which headhunter does TCI use?
Debating recruiting out of PE for HFs and one of my top choices is TCI both for location (originally from London, now in NY), and overall performance / interesting portfolio and strategy. Does anyone know what headhunter they use? Thanks!

Any more general information on London HF headhunters would be helpful as well - I'm aware of a few such as PER and Arkesden but not sure if they do HF
pm me - not sure whether it was exclusively but they used to use 2 guys (small / one person shops). Not sure whether they use big firms as well

getting a job at TCI must be hard as fuck. I’ve spoken to probably 10-12 headhunters in the UK and no ones mentioned TCI

They've used Bob Kondal from Melrose Partners for last couple of hires - and no, you won't get a job there.
