I was wondering which hedge funds are considered top-tier in biopharma. I know that there are quite a few crossover funds like OrbiMed, RA Capital etc that seem to be holding lots of positions in public companies, but these seem to be more PE than HF.
Among HFs, I've heard of Broadfin, venBio, Perceptive, etc, but I am sure there are a lot more HFs that either specialize in public biopharma or other diversified HFs that cover biopharma. Which are the best in the industry?
