In my experience, its

1) Current shareholders, 2) Sell-side analysts (if they want to go - most just stream it) 3) Whoever else management wants to invite.

If you ever listen to a FAST annual shareholder meetings, its a bunch of town folks!

I don't understand the confusion. It's for shareholders. Buy a share and you can go. Why is this so difficult?
