Any good books on Macro-economy?

Hi everyone,

I took a Hedge Fund class a while back and the professor didn't do that good of a job of explaining how macroeconomic factors such as inflation, interest rates, unemployment, wage growth, all affect the stock market and economy. I was wondering if anyone had any recommendations of any good books that start out with the basics, My goal is to understand all these concepts well and how they all correlate to each other.
