Best Healthcare REITS? 300k to Invest
Have about 300k to invest, specifically into REITs for some passive income and just somewhere to park some cash. Besides the larger ones like WellTower etc, does anyone have other ones that have been performing well? Looking for 4-6% return for dividends.
Looking for ones that have a solid holding mix, maybe even a primary care/urgent care thesis as that area is expected to grow pretty well. Trying to stay away from heavy assisted living companies as people move more into HCBS.
Despite its reliance on SNF and Assisted Living Omega is interesting, but looking for other maybe even relatively unknown gems. Thanks in advance.

I'm personally avoiding RE right now with this possible Billionaire tax; RE is going to get bent over IMO.
Interesting. How do you see the new tax affecting real estate? Either way I thankfully live in a income tax-free country, but would love to hear your thoughts!
