Day traiding

I saw some people that, in the morning (from 9 a.m to 11 a.m), find volatile companies and informations about that companies, and start, in that range of time, to "speculate". Where can i find information and companies to invest in? Is there any site or something else? I don't wanna do day traiding, but just see how it works, and where people find all the information about that company
