Do You Believe in Your Firm Longterm?
Coming to terms that I don’t really think my firm is headed in a right direction (bad hires, poor performance, bad decisions) but that got me thinking, does it matter?
Should you even care if your company is going to be dominant in 50 years? Or should you just collect checks and do your job?
If your company that you work for was publicly traded would you buy it over the $SPY?
