As the title suggests, I'm looking at investing in a foreign stock market (as well as here in U.S). My questions for you guys that invest abroad: How did you choose which market to go for? I understand that choosing a location where you will be awake when it opens is helpful but did you guys look at booming economies? Countries you like or just chose somewhere. I.E did you go for DAX because of the growth? SMI because the $ is slightly stronger than the swiss franc? Lastly, what % do you invest abroad compared to local?
