Horizontal AI vs. AlphaSense
What's the future of finance info services/research platforms like AlphaSense when horizontal platforms are getting really good? Seems the key value is just being able to automatically plug in to walled data like ER or expert calls, where horizontal AI (e.g., Claude or Gemini) cannot. In the future, would this barrier disappear? Likely, these different data sources may just have APIs to connect to whatever model you're using.
