How is the Tesla stock rising after the Q2 that was announced?
The way I see it, the margin is still down from Q2 17', and they're burning cash. Can anyone please explain this rise in the stock to me, cause I dont get it.
It's simple. Elon apologized for the analysts' "bone head questions" from the last call. That's all you need to know. Cash burn, profitability, numbers - none of that matters. Tesla is paving the way for the future.

It's simple, the guy is a master manipulator of both public sentiment and financials and people really want to believe in him as a figure that will alter the future.
They burned less cash than the market expected.
