how to go about acquiring funds for a project/business as an exit?

Hello all,
I am current in university and just looking for potential exits, while I obviously can't predict the future I know at some point I want to take on an extreme amount of debt (several million to tens of millions of dollars) to invest into a traditional alternative asset (real estate, infrastructure, etc) to hopefully generate further returns and break out of the cycle of poverty

Wondering if anyone has seen a path like this or knows what it would take to be credit worthy for amounts over 30M+, I want to understand the feasibility of something like this & why it is or isn't unreasonable,

Thank you for your time
