Last Christmas for Sears
After years of slowly liquidating its assets to avoid bankruptcy, Sears seems to be reaching its end. The company is on the verge of bankruptcy and is trying to reach a deal with its lenders to keep around 900 of its stores open till Christmas. Sears has not found a buyer for its business yet and will most likely seek one once it files for bankruptcy.
Oh well, another company added to the broad list of retailers who ran out of business.
Edit (10/15/2018): Sears files for Chapter 11 bankruptcy
