'Negligible' Link between Executive pay and Company Performance
Hey Guys,
recently came across an article that stated that a study has shown a 'strong disconnect' between executive pay and a company's performance.
I'm guessing its something we all know but have not done anything about, executive pay has been rising through the roofs (perhaps a little stunted during the GFC) but it's still exorbitant considering how little growth of the company comes in proportion to it.
What do you guys think?
