Personal finance - how to maximise my wealth

Incoming analyst at BB (not GS / JPM / MS) in London, starting next summer.

Will start off by saying that I don’t know my medium or long term career goals, so visibility on earnings in 3+ years time is very limited.

What is the best way to save and invest? I have undergrad and masters student loans, should I prioritise paying those off quickly, given it’s at a 7% interest rate? Is it wise to try and maximise LISA / ISA contributions? My base is slightly below average, and my group isn’t amazing, so I’m not necessarily anticipating breaking £100k total comp until year 3.
