Plotting Log-Scale Yield Curve in Excel

How can I plot a yield curve similar to this one in Excel? Also, is it possible to have text displayed in the X-Axis - i.e. 1Y, 5Y, 30Y without doing so manually - do I have to overlay a bar chart and hide the current axis or something?
