Research Desk Development Programs?

Hi all,

Wondering if there are any training/development programs similar to 2 Year Graduate Trader programs at the big commodity houses like Shell, BP, and Trafi or the Research Assistant 2 Year program that develops econometric skills at the Federal Reserve.

Primarily looking for to develop econometrics, model building, data science/complex systems, quantitative skillset as much as possible in the macro research field.

Really looking for places that will provide equal if not more experience, education, and training than a M.Sc degree

Thanks all
