Savings and investments

Been thinking a lot about savings recently. I still have one year left of uni(target), and don't have any student loans so I'm already a leg up I guess. I want to have a lot of fun during my 20s but nothing also fills me with more dread than the typical work in a cubicle for 35-40 years and retire model. This is the reason savings and proper investments is so important to me.

How much have you guys saved and invested and how old are you?

Just finished my first year, 23 years old (61k accounting)

I have 21k savings and about 7k invested. Should really put more of savings into stocks but haven't yet. I go out on the weekends in NYC or out on Long Island. You'll be able to save a good amount by being smart with your money and not wasting it on random costs during the week.

*Have student loans I am trying to pay off as quick as possible, but I am living at home which saves me around 1700 a month.

24 yr old. Been in the workforce little over a year now. Currently living at home. Been maxing out the 401(k) - IRS Max, max out the Roth IRA, have about 20k invested in brokerage acc. Just got promoted to 60k gig (mad pumped) so will be dabbling in some real estate within the year, or stock market depending on which looks more profitable at the time. so all together, I'd say about close to 50k saved so far. On a side note, look into FIRE movement. That's what inspired me to put away so much. want to retire early so I can live financially free.
