Venture Deb - Evaluating a Company
Hi there, looking for advise in evaluating a private company in ecommerce/SaaS/consumer space specifically with the intention of issuing a venture debt loan (or not issuing one). What are:
- Primary things to look at?
- For financials what are typical margins / growth figures?
- How to determine what type of loan to go for and with what terms?
